Shipping policy

If you ordered an items in stock before 5:30pm Monday-Friday your shipping process will willingly began from the time after your purchase, Excluding Saturday and bank holidays, shipping will be either done the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will likely begin processing on Saturday or the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

packages are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. It take 3-5 working days to ship anywhere in the United Kingdom and other country around the UK. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. Royal Mail should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package you will be arranged with some fees.
